Greetings,

As the 1st full week of 2010 approaches I am taking a different look and approach to living in the U.S.A.  Now don’t jump the gun!!!  I’m not looking for citizenship elsewhere, I just want to figure something out.  And that something deals with the overall financial side of life in the U.S.A.

Here are a few questions I’ve been pondering:

1) What 3 states have the lowest, if any, property taxes?

2) What 3 states have the lowest, if any, income taxes?

3) What 3 states are increasing in population?

4) What 3 states have the lowest entity (C or S corp, LLC, LLP) filing and setup fees?

5) What 3 states are “Investor friendly” with real estate transactions?

These are just some basic questions to get started.  Most of us live here in the U.S.A. and don’t have a clue how to make the most it!!!  We don’t realize how we can improve our lives by simply using what’s available to us all!!!

Happy New Year to you and your family!!!  What do you want to accomplish in 2010 and beyond?  Take some time to gather your thoughts and put an ACTION PLAN together, NOT RESOLUTIONS!!!  Resolutions are rarely upheld more than 3-4 weeks.  Set goals and TAKE ACTION towards accomplishing them, and remember BABY STEPS ARE OK!!!

We tend to think that we have to do a complete over haul of our lifestyle before we can get to where we want to be.  Now don’t get me wrong, sometimes you must make changes that way, but the best way is to start small.  As you adapt to the small change add another and build up to your ACCOMPLISHMENT.

THIS IS YOUR YEAR!!!
